Hi, I’m Kyne! I’m from Kitchener, Ontario Canada.
You might know me as the drag queen who makes math videos online.
I want to help you with your math homework and exams!
I’m tutoring high school level math, from grades 9-12, and my rates start at $60 CAD per hour.
I completed high school with a 97 average and grades of 100 in all my math classes after grade 9, which included Advanced Functions, AP Calculus, and Data Management. I finished high school with a full ride scholarship to the University of Waterloo where I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics, majoring in Mathematical Finance and minoring in Pure Math.
I’ve been a private tutor for students in the local area since I was in grade 12 and I stopped in my last year of University because of lockdowns.
Since then, I started making math videos online (watch them here!), which has been extremely rewarding and fun, but the feeling of helping a student one-on-one to connect the dots and reach a greater potential is rewarding in a totally different way. That’s why I want to start tutoring again, on Zoom, for anyone in the world (out of drag)!
My specialty is the Ontario high school math curriculum. For those outside of Ontario, I've listed the rough contents of the curriculum below. If you are unsure, shoot me a message anyway and let’s see if we can work something out!
